Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund
THE CONCEPT
The Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund is a non-profit organization created to act as the “safety net” for Illinois property and casualty insurance companies and their policyholders. Since the process of insurance liquidation can be intimidating and confusing to first-time viewers, IIGF came to ShineThru to receive guidance on how to humanize the experience and make IIGF more approachable and understandable.
THE SOLUTION
In order to make some of the material more digestible for clients, it was important us to create clear and concise verbiage, along with promises that were genuine. We worked with IIGF to pinpoint the types of clients they served, and honed in on their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process. We also spent time reframing some of the denser content to be more educational and visually appealing, creating a refreshed digital identity altogether.
With this information, we completed a full branding workshop and branding deck where we pinpointed goals, clients, promises, graphic designs, and much more.
